Together, we wrapped each zongzi with love, while also learning about Dragon Boat Festival traditions from different countries. 👍
A special thanks to Director General Han Kuo-Yao and Overseas Compatriot Affairs Officer Wen Chun-Fei from the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Ho Chi Minh City for joining our event. Your presence made the celebration even more meaningful as we witnessed the birth of every delicious dumpling—then shared them together!
A big round of heartfelt applause goes to Honorary President of the Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce, Ms. Liao Yu-Chu, for generously sharing her signature meat zongzi recipe. Thank you, Sister Chu, for preparing all the ingredients and patiently teaching everyone how to wrap meat dumplings step by step. 👏
